BUMP BARS: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT

BUMP BUTTONS NOT RESPONDING:

  1. Re-seat connection at Bump Bar and ePic Box.

  2. Try Bump Bar at different location.

  3. Inspect P-S2 cable for wear- may need to be replaced.

IF BUMP BAR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED:

  1. Take Carside Bump Bar.​

  2. Move bad bar to Carside.

  3. Reroute screens- power off Carside ePic to redirect Carside orders.

  4. If moving from Line side to Expo side, or vice versa- flip over printed button strip to corresponding side of the kitchen.
