POS ISSUES: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT
Use the key on the front of the 7403 case to access the computer interior
Red arrow- power supply
Blue arrow- printer cable
Green circle- Ethernet cable
ISSUES:
SCREEN FROZEN ON ELSTAR SCREEN:
Could be connectivity issue.
IF ALL POS:

Restart BOH computer.

Reboot all terminals.
IF ONE POS:

Re-seat Ethernet connections at POS and wall jack.

Call Help Desk if still not resolved.
SCREEN IS OUT OF TOUCH CALIBRATION

Clean Magnetic Stripe Reader with approved cleaners.
