ePic BOX CONNECTIONS:

Green circle- power supply for ePic box. Also powers bump bar.

Blue arrow-VGA adapter, connects to monitor.

Red arrow-Network/power cable to bump bar.

Orange square-ethernet cable for connectivity to BOH server (green cable shown).
KDS ARM:
-
Sometimes cords are inside.
-
Release latch above monitor to access interior.
CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS

Check power cords.
-
Check network cables.
-
Reseat if necessary or try other known working outlet or port.

KDS MONITOR:

Receives orders placed on POS.
-
Use Carside monitor to replace if troubleshooting fails to resolve issue.
