USING THE DIAGNOSTIC UTILITY:

TO ACCESS THE DIAGNOSTIC UTILITY:

  1. Swipe in with your Manager's card

  2. Select TERMINATE SYSTEM

Select: Exit to Windows

Select: YES

Select: YES

Locate the Diagnostic Utility in the upper left corner of the screen.

Double click to launch the utility.

Select function from the menu.

Click HERE to see how to Calibrate the Touchscreen.

  • Calibrate Touchscreen

  • Test Mag Stripe Reader

  • Install/ Reset OPOS printers (drops new printer drivers).
