MONITOR WON'T SHOW TICKETS/WON'T RESPOND:

Check power/cable connections.

If no power- swap out to a known working power cord (see other power troubleshooting).

Call Help Desk to see if it's showing on the network.
-
Take ePic from carside to replace.
-
Call Help Desk to assign new position.
