ePic BOX: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT

MONITOR WON'T SHOW TICKETS/WON'T RESPOND:

  1. Check power/cable connections.

  2. If no power- swap out to a known working power cord (see other power troubleshooting).

  3. Call Help Desk to see if it's showing on the network.

  4. Take ePic from carside to replace.

  5. Call Help Desk to assign new position.

ePic Box cords/ cables:

  1. Red arrow- power cord

  2. Orange box-network/Ethernet cable

  3. Blue arrow- Keypad- Bump Bar

  4. Green circle-VGA monitor cable
