COMMON ISSUES WITH ALL EQUIPMENT
START HERE
Many times the problem comes down to one of two issues: power or connectivity.
Follow the steps listed below to troubleshoot these problems before going further.
POWER
-
Make sure power cord is completely plugged into the outlet.

Check to see if cord is completely plugged into the device.

Check connection at AC/DC Converter box.

Swap out with a known working cord.

Swap out to a known working outlet.

Check breaker box.

CONNECTIVITY
-
Look for connectivity lights.
-
They indicate communication within the network.
-
Re-seat connections between device and Ethernet jack.
-
On some devices you may have to open the case to access to networking cable.
